Verily After Every Hardship There Is Ease

Alhamdulillah Samina has been given a suspended 9 month sentence today. This means she is free but if she does anything wrong in the next 18 months then she will have to do the 9 months in prison. She says jazaak Allah khair to all those who supported her and prayed for her throughout her ordeal and she is grateful it is over now.

So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, Verily, with the hardship, there is relief. So when you have finished, then stand up for Allâh’s worship. And to your Lord turn your invocations. Quran 94:5-8

We thank Allah subhanu wa ta’ala for the release of this sister and ask Him to release our other sisters who are also due to endure the same as samina and maybe worse, May Allah ease their burden and grant them patience and success, Ameen.

Don’t forget your Sister Samina

A reminder to all the brothers and sisters that sister samina’s sentencing is tomorow, please keep her in your dua’s, May Allah free her from the hands of the Taghut and oppressors.

Remember Allah will ask you, what did you do for your sister!

“Abu Hamdun (one of the Tabi’in) had a scroll on which was written the names of three hundred of his close friends, and he used to supplicate for them – one by one – every single night.”

[‘Sifat as-Safwah’; 1/49]

Remember your sister in your duas tonight, remember her in your Qunoot, remember her at the time of tahujjud, remember her whilst you will be busy with your dunya tomorrow, remember where she will be!

O Allah grant our sister patience!

Sa‘d ibn Abî Waqqâs (RA) said: “I asked the Prophet (SAAS) who among the people are most severely tried? He said, ‘The Prophets, then the right acting people, and so on down through various categories of people. Man will be tested according to the strength of his faith. The stronger his faith, the more severe his trial, and the weaker his faith, the lighter his trial. The believer will be continually tested until he walks on earth with all his wrong actions forgiven’.”  (al-Bukhârî)

O Allah we make dua’ to you, The Most High, to free our sister, Ameen!

Samina Found Guilty On Second Charge

Samina was found guilty of the second charge yesterday. Typically the media have not covered much of her trial. Only what the prosecution had to say, there was no media coverage when she was in the witness box for thirteen hours and explained everything to the jury. There was not much coverage when she was found not guilty. But now it’s all over the news, ‘The first woman to be convicted under the terrorism act’!

This is a big blow for the Muslim Ummah, our sister has been convicted on a charge which seems to be made just for Muslims! Because if you are a non-muslim in possession of the same thing, you won’t be charged. But if you are a muslim who is in possession of ANYTHING they find suspicious, then you will get locked up for it with a permanent bad record of  a terrorism conviction! Im sure if they raided every Muslim home they would charge everyone of us with something or another.

A prison is not the place for a sister. My dear brothers and sisters, we sit back and we watch the show silently. When are we going to wake up and realise that they will not stop locking up our brothers and SISTERS until we become like them!

“Never will the jews nor the christians be pleased with you, til you follow their religion. Say: ‘Verily, the guidance of Allah is the only guidance. And if you were to follow their desires after what you have received of knowledge then you would have against Allah neither any Protector nor any Helper’ “. 2:120

What words of comfort can we give to Samina and her mother? All I can say to you my dear sister is be patient and your reward is with Allah, truly He tests those that He loves and He is elevating your status in Jannah inshAllah. It is us that should be worried. What answer will we give to Allah? What have we done for her? What have we done to protect her? What words of comfort have we given her? And remember my dear brothers and sisters, Allah won’t change our situation until we change ourselves! When will we rid ourselves from this humiliation? What will it take to change us?

One Verdict On Samina Given One To GO

Allahu Akbar!! Mashallah sister Samina has been found not guilty on the bigger charge today! Alhamdolillah this is a big relief for her and her family. The jury are still out to make a decision on the second charge so please keep her in your du’aas. The next few days are crucial for her. May Allah free her of this charge and return her to her family safe, Allahumma Ameen!

Jury Out To Make Decision On Samina

Assalaamu alaikum

The jury went out on Monday 29th October at 2.10pm to make a decision on Samina. It is a very testing time on Samina and her family. I urge you all to please make du’aa for her release and for the jury to come back with a not guilty verdict inshAllah. We can’t even imagine how hard it is for them, especially because she is a sister and a prison is not the place for her. The next few days and hours are crucial, please do not forget her in your du’aas.

We have no idea how her mum cries and pleads to her Lord and says please don’t take my baby away from me. How difficult it is to have your daughter taken away and put in a prison amongst kuffaar who have no idea about Muslim beliefs or hayaa. How she has to see her daughter suffer day in day out and cannot take away the pain from her and secretly cries to her Lord. How she has supported her daughter and had to endure this difficult test. May Allah reward her immensly and never allow them to take her daughter away from her, ameen ameen ameen.

Ya Umm Samina, May Allah bestow His Mercy upon on you and your family, May He fill your heart with tranquility and patience. May He reward you for all the hardship you have endured and will endure for His sake. Ameen. And know that after every hardship there is ease.

Allahumma fukka ukhtanaa Samina, wa arsilhaa ilaa usratihaa, wa unsurhaa ya rabbal ‘alameen. Allahumma Ameen.

O Allah free our sister Samina, and return her to her family, and help her O Lord of all that exists.

The Story Of Your Sister You Left Behind….

sister making duaa

They have raided us, oppressed us and have taken our men away from us but we did nothing except watch idly like propped up wood. Was that not bad enough, was that not humiliating enough. Oh Muslims they have not stopped there!! They have taken your sisters, Samina, Umm Muhammad, Kousar and Umm Imran! Did you even know?! Where is your izzah? Can you imagine what they have been through and their families? Do you know how they spend their nights? If it is in prison or in a bed and breakfast due to not having ‘permission’ to live with their children?!!!

When one Muslim woman was ridiculed by the Romans in the past she only had to scream “Ya Mutasima! Ya Khalifah” and the armies came to protect her honour. And yet today forget armies, we don’t even have anyone who can offer two words of support to these sisters. They cry in secret to their Lord and everyone carries on in their lives heedless of their pain and suffering.

And who is Samina? How many of you know who she is? She is just 23 years old and is this how she should be spending her time? Being humiliated in court daily??

How dare you not support them, how dare you turn your face, have you not an ounce of eeman? Oh men of this ummah, where are you? Your sister is lingering within the hands of monkeys and swine’s. Oh sisters, where are your words of comfort? Do not forget that you will be asked by Allah in regards to this sister and what did you do? It is a duty on everyone one of you to support her. If you cannot do anything else then at least make du’aa for her and her family. This is the story of your sister Samina.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said,

“One who helps a fellow Muslim in removing his (or her) difficulty in this world, Allah will remove the former’s distress on the Day of Judgement. He who helps to remove the hardship of another, will have his difficulties removed by Allah in this world and in the Hereafter. One who covers the shortcomings of another Muslim, will have his faults covered up in this world and the next by Allah. Allah continues to help a servant so long as he goes on helping his own brother (or sister).” (Muslim)

The Prophet (peace be upon him) also said:

The supplication of a Muslim for his brother without his knowledge is an accepted supplication and will be rewarded by the presence of an angel at his side. Every time he supplicates for his brother, the angel will say: Ameen, and the same for you too. [Muslim]
